About Me

My name is Zach. I’ve spent the past five years in e-commerce, launching, scaling, and exiting six of my own brands, which led me to build strong experience in acquisitions and a global network of buyers and investors.
What began three years ago as helping friends sell their businesses evolved into establishing Exitflow. In the past six months alone, I’ve facilitated over $7 million in e-commerce brand acquisitions and have been involved in the sale of more than 50 brands. I currently oversee a portfolio of Shopify businesses valued at over $12 million and maintain close relationships with selective investors across the space. I'm partnered with many respected creating a consistent flow of high-quality brands. At just 20 years old, I bring a modern and easy perspective to brand exits, combining current market insight with a highly active investor network.

How does commission work?
At ExitFlow we do not take any upfront fees. We have fixed commission rates based on the selling price of your brand which will be quoted on the valuation call. Then we will proceed with the broker agreement contract stating exclusivity, our commission and the selling price.
How do I get paid?
We want our sellers to feel completely secure when selling their brand, so we partnered with Escrow.com, a trusted platform that protects both buyers and sellers. Escrow holds the payment until all transaction terms are met. Once the buyer has received and accepted the store transfer, you’ll receive your funds directly and our commission is paid simultaneously. This way, you can feel confident knowing that your payment is guaranteed with Escrow.com holding the funds securely on your behalf.

How does it work?
