Zach is the founder of Exitflow, an E-commerce brokerage focused on the sale of Shopify and DTC brands. Over the past five years, he has launched, scaled and exited multiple ecommerce businesses, building practical experience across acquisitions, valuations and exits.

How does commission work?
ExitFlow does not charge any upfront fees. Our commission is fixed and based on the final selling price of the business which is quoted during the valuation call.

How do I get paid?
We use Escrow.com to manage all transactions. Buyer funds are held securely until the store transfer is completed and approved, at which point funds are released and commission is settled simultaneously.
Who will buy my brand?
Through prior transactions, Zach has built ongoing relationships with investors and operators, primarily based in the US, UK and UAE. Many of these relationships are with repeat buyers actively acquiring ecommerce brands.

How does it work?
Please complete the profit and loss sheet in advance of the call and answer a small number of initial questions. From there, you can continue operating the business as normal while we manage the sale process, including negotiations and contracts, keeping you informed throughout.
